Cahyono Cahya Angkasa
Born in Palembang on April 9, 1964, served as President Commissioner of the Company since June 2022
He is a retired TNI with the last rank of Major General. While active in the TNI, he served as Wakabais TNI. Previously he also held several positions, including as Middle Agent of the Directorate of Java and Bali at the Deputy for Domestic Intelligence, Middle Agent of the Directorate of Planning for Activities and Operations Control at the Deputy for Foreign Intelligence, as Asops Danpampres, Waasop Paspamres, Dandim 0501/JP and Dandim 0505/JT.
Some of the Honors that he has received are the Satya Lencana Loyalty Award VIII tahun, Satya Lencana Dwidya Sistha, Satya Lencana Wira Karya, Satya Lencana Loyalty XVI tahun, Satya Lencana Wira Siaga, Satya Lencana Sahematri Shena, Satya Lencana Loyalty XXIV tahun, Bintang Tanda Jasa of Kartika Eka Pakci Nararya, Satya Lencana Yudha Dharma, Satya Lencana Dharma Bantala and Satya Lencana Kesetiaan XXXII tahun .
Currently he manages several businesses in Indonesia.
He studied at the Military Academy and Sussarcakav in 1987, Suslapa I (1993), Suslapa II (1997) and Seskoad in 2000. In addition to his education in the military, he also received a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1996 and a Bachelor of Political Science in 2012 and obtained his Master of Laws degree in 2007.
Adika Nuraga Bakrie
Born in Jakarta, December 14, 1981. He serves as the company Commissioner since November 2017.
He currently also serves as Director of PT Jungleland Asia since 2015, Commissioner of Bakrie Sumatera Plantation since 2015, and Director of PT. Bakrie Capital Indonesia since 2013. He previously served as Director of PT Graha Andrasentra Propertindo Tbk (2015-2017), Director of PT Jungleland Asia (2015-2016), Chief Business Development Officer of PT. Graha Andrasentra Propertindo (2014 – 2015), Deputy Chief Financial Officer of PT. Semesta Marga Raya/Bakrie Toll Road (2009 – 2012), Manager of PT. Kaltim Prima Coal (2008), Investment Specialist of PT. Bakrieland Development, Tbk (2007 – 2014), Investor Relations of PT. Bumi Resources, Tbk (2007), Analyst of Capital Managers Asia (2005 – 2006).
He graduated from Bentley College, Boston – USA in 2005.
He is an affiliated member of board of commiissioners due to his position as a member of directors and a member of board of commissioners at several other companies owned by Bakrie Group.
Diyan Hapsari
Born in Jakarta on January 6, 1980, served as Independent Commissioner of the Company since June 2022.
Since 2020 until now he has served as General Manager and Corporate Secretary at PT Mitra Karunia Laksana. Previously, among others, she worked as a Personal Assistant for Mrs. Siti Marifah Maruf Amin (2019-2020), as Bilingual Secretary at Sesditjen of the Directorate General of Highways, Ministry of Public Works and Housing (2016-2018), as General Affairs for the Kemang Residence Synthesis Project (2015 -2016), General Affairs at Aji Wijaya Sunarto Yudo & Co (2007-2015), as Admin Card Finance Business Development of PT Bank Mandiri (2004-2007).
He earned a Bachelor’s degree from STIE Perbanas, Jakarta in 2004.
Ori Setianto
Born in Jakarta on May 24, 1977, served as Independent Commissioner of the Company since June 2022.
He obtained a Capital Market Legal Consultant Certificate after graduating from Bapepam LK Capital Market Legal Consultant Education in 2012.
He is still active as a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and a member of the Capital Market Legal Consultants Association (HKHPM).
He currently serves as the President Commissioner of PT Artha Permata Makmur. Since 2019 until now, he has served as President Director of PT Citra Maharlika Lintas Wahana, as Director at PT Sistim Solusindo International (2013-present), Director of PT Econenergi Asia (2012-present), Founder,
Managing Partner of OSS Partnership (2004-present) . He has also served as Commissioner of PT Citra Waspputuwa (2019-2020), Commissioner and President Commissioner of PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk (2015-2019), as Legal Manager of ERA Indonesia (2001-2004) and as Lawyer at Yan Apul & Partners ( 1998-2001).
He earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in 1999 and obtained his Master of Laws degree from the same University in 2007.
Resza Adikreshna
Born in Tangerang on April 10, 1980, served as President Director of the Company since June 2022.
Since 2021 until now he has served as President Director of PT Jungleland Asia, since 2018 until now, also serves as President Director of PT Krakatau Lampung Tourism Development (a subsidiary of PT Bakrieland Development Tbk), serves as President Director of PT Mahala Langgeng Abadi since 2005 until now, Director of PT Tatamasa Group since 2005 until now. He also had a career at PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk as Division Head Thematic Campaign (2004-2005) and as Marketing Communications Manager at United Premas (2002-2004) as well as Assistant Manager Marketing Communications at PT Intiland Group (ERA Division) in 1998- 2002.
He holds an Advanced Diploma from TAFE WASDM, Western Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University, Perth, Western Australia and holds a Masters degree in Management from the Indonesian Management Education Institute.
Melky Aliandri
Born in Bajubang Jambi on May 8, 1976, served as Director of the Company since June 2022.
Since July 2021 until now he has served as Director of PT Jungleland Asia, as Director/CEO of PT Bakti Alter Purnabhayangkara (2019-present), Director of PT Bakrie Swasakti Utama (2018-present) and as Director/CEO of PT Provices Indonesia (2014-present). He also had careers, among others, as Chief Operating Officer at PT Bakrie Swasakti Utama in September 2013-2018, as Facility Management Region 1 Head at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, as General Manager at PT Colliers International, Property Management Company and PT Premas International, as Building Operation Manager at PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk, Retail Company.
He took his Bachelor’s Degree at the Indonesian Islamic University, Yogyakarta in 1995-2000 (Bachelor of Civil Engineering) and earned a Master of Business Administration at MM Gajah Mada University, Yogyakarta in 2020.
